Iron Soldering

Task:

Automated soldering of single pins on various printed circuits. Setup includes a cleaning system for the soldering tip thus increasing the life span of it and extending operational use.

Setup includes:

• Scara- Robot
  
• Soldering head
  
• Cleaning unit
• Operating panel
• Base
• Protective enclosure

Note: May be used for integration on a linear production line or as a single workstation.
