High-Frequency Soldering

Task:
Automatic, high-frequency soldering of battery cables.
The soldering machine has a temperature control, which governs the soldering process.
A linear transport system can be added for automatic cable feeding.

Setup includes:

• HF generator
• Wire feed
• Pyrometer
• Water cooler
• Tool holder
• Base frame
• Guard
• Robot control with operating terminal

Note:
The parts are fed into a tool holder, fixed, and soldered automatically and consistently with a Scara robot. The feeding and loading of the cables is monitored by sensors.
