SolderSmart® Robotic Soldering Tip
Solder Tips designed for robotic soldering to reach short cycle time. Thanks to special layers it increases the lifetime of the tip. All tips have an antirotation lock for fast changes and precise alginment of the tips. The additional angle increases the contact surface area to reduce the cycle times further.

SolderSmart® Robotic Soldering Active Tip
The Active Tips has the heating element in the solder tip. This gives more and faster heat into the tip, which reduces the soldering time. The SolderSmart® Active Tips have as well the proven antirotation lock for quick changes of the tips and the angle for larger contact surface.
